Waukesha County clerk, board clash over audit

The cavalier attitude and response of the Waukesha County Clerk, who discovered over 14,000 uncounted votes turning the election for conservative David Prosser, to recommendations of an auditing board in January to improve election security are disturbing, arbitrary and undemocratic.
